Whatever can be described by a rule gets a program. What is left for people is the work no rule can describe.
Finished means in production
Handing over is not the end. We will also operate what you build — and that changes how things get built.
It has to be explainable
If a thing cannot be explained to someone who did not build it, it is not finished yet.
